1. Material Selection:
Fabrics: jacquard fabric (100% cotton), down-proof fabric (T233, cotton/polyester blend), plain weave fabric (T200, cotton/polyester blend), brushed rainproof fabric (100% polyester), pearl-finished brushed fabric (100% polyester), brushed fabric (100% polyester), and interwoven fabric (100% polyester).
2. Cutting & Labeling：Precisely cut fabric pieces according to patterns and embroider brand labels and care tags.
3. Sewing & Assembly: Sew fabric pieces into duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, ensuring neat stitching and durable seams.
4. Quality Control & Finishing: Inspect finished products for defects, size accuracy, and appearance; then press to remove wrinkles and improve texture.
5. Packaging: Fold, package with appropriate materials, attach labels, and prepare for shipment.
